Tavsif

  • Develop reports from user-provided information and specifications
  • Maintain and update programming logic for established routine reports to support timely, accurate results
  • Evaluate existing reporting methods and practices
  • Build and maintain computer- and web-based data-retrieval systems
  • Produce recurring internal and external reports on daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules
  • Interview customers to define the criteria for requested data
  • Update programming logic to reflect customer specifications and requirements
  • Support system testing and provide technical assistance
  • Help address departmental training needs
  • Contribute to project teams developing, maintaining, and implementing new processes, applications, policies, and forms

Talablar

  • Associate degree or two years of related professional experience accepted in lieu of the degree
  • Three years of experience working with database, mainframe, or spreadsheet applications
  • Three years of experience using Easytrieve, DB2, SQL, or comparable programs; experience may be concurrent
  • Strong computer skills with substantial experience using spreadsheet and database applications
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Effective organizational, analytical, customer service, and communication skills
  • Understanding of mathematical or statistical concepts
  • Ability to distinguish among different dataset types
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
