Tavsif

  • Provide hands-on technical leadership to database specialists and developers.
  • Define and evolve architecture for ingestion, lakehouse design, modeling, governance, and data serving.
  • Turn business and technical needs into practical solutions, selecting suitable frameworks, patterns, and modeling methods.
  • Work with client architects and business leaders to explain architectural options and trade-offs.
  • Document architectural decisions to create a shared team foundation.
  • Set and maintain standards for data quality, access control, lineage, and privacy.
  • Apply CI/CD and DataOps practices for dependable, consistent delivery.
  • Lead current-state assessments and transfer knowledge during transitions.
  • Build proofs of concept and prototypes to test architecture and demonstrate value.
  • Advance CI&T’s shared data methods and expertise across client engagements.

Talablar

  • C1-level or higher English proficiency for direct, daily collaboration with North American stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated data architecture experience with hands-on technical leadership of multidisciplinary data teams.
  • Strong background designing, building, and deploying large-scale data pipelines, lakehouse architectures, and data products.
  • Practical Databricks experience, including Delta Lake and Unity Catalog, or equivalent expertise with AWS data services.
  • Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise spanning dimensional Kimball and relational approaches.
  • Experience with workflow orchestration and pipeline automation tools such as dbt, Databricks Workflows, or Apache Airflow.
  • Ability to convert business challenges into practical data solutions and explain trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work in a nearshore delivery model with regular overlap during US Central business hours.
