Tavsif

  • Set and uphold a high editorial standard for Stride’s client and channel content
  • Report to the Director of Stride
  • Lead the SEO team and designer
  • Manage the executive LinkedIn programme from interviews and drafting through editing, approvals, and publication for executives and the company page
  • Own each retainer client’s weekly content workflow from briefing to publication
  • Brief and review the SEO team’s and designer’s weekly work
  • Create client-specific editorial guides covering voice, preferred and prohibited language, and strong-content examples
  • Maintain AI writing processes and prompt libraries
  • Onboard new clients into content within two weeks of their positioning sprint using documented, repeatable processes
  • Write and edit content weekly while determining whether it meets publication standards
  • Progress toward Head of Content as the client base grows

Talablar

  • At least five years of B2B writing and editing experience
  • A portfolio showing range across long-form articles, landing pages, social posts, newsletters, and case studies
  • Experience creating LinkedIn content for founders, executives, or investors
  • Ability to turn human- or AI-generated drafts into clear, specific, engaging content
  • Experience managing at least one employee or external supplier, such as freelancers, an SEO agency, or designers
  • Regular use of AI writing tools, with sound judgment about when they add value or create filler
  • Working knowledge of SEO, including search intent, content briefs, and on-page structure
  • Native or near-native written English
  • Located in a European time zone
  • Experience improving a content metric in an in-house B2B role, such as traffic, rankings, audience, or pipeline
  • Agency experience is strongly valued
  • Content experience in SaaS, private equity, venture capital, or professional services is desirable
  • Familiarity with private equity and venture terminology, including value creation, operating partners, portfolio companies, and post-acquisition plans
  • Danish language skills; Swedish or German are also useful
  • Experience optimising content for AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews
  • A strong eye for design and layout, with enough fluency to brief and assess graphics
  • A journalism or editorial background
  • Comfort using project tools including Wrike and Google Workspace
