Support Starr Insurance’s Aviation Claims Team and American Airlines account in Scottsdale. Manage claims administration, systems, documentation, payments, and litigation records.
Tavsif
- Provide support to the Aviation Claims Team
- Serve as the primary contact for the American Airlines account
- Act as a subject matter expert on claim systems and processes
- Assist adjusters throughout the claim lifecycle with payment entry, document management, correspondence, and other administrative tasks
- Prepare loss runs
- Create legal matter records for claims in litigation
- Provide backup support to the Senior Manager of Claims Administration on Aviation matters as needed
- Encourage a growth mindset among new hires, interns, and Associates
Talablar
- Insurance industry experience
- Aviation experience is preferred
- Leadership and professionalism when working with new hires, interns, and Associates
- A record of success with claims processes and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience using a claims case management system
- Understanding of the claims lifecycle
- Excellent organization with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience may also be considered
