Tavsif

  • Handle civil litigation defense cases from discovery through trial preparation
  • Draft and respond to discovery requests
  • Prepare pleadings, legal documents, and court filings
  • Shape effective litigation strategies
  • Conduct and defend depositions
  • Prepare witnesses for proceedings
  • Contribute to case evaluations and settlement discussions
  • Work with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
  • Research complex legal questions
  • Strengthen client relationships
  • Provide efficient, results-focused representation

Talablar

  • Hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Maintain active membership in the California Bar in good standing
  • Have at least three years of relevant civil litigation experience
  • Bring experience with written discovery
  • Have experience taking or defending depositions
  • Experience in personal injury, construction defect, habitability, insurance coverage, product liability, or professional liability litigation is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrate strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Manage cases independently while working effectively with a team
  • If based outside California, be able to accommodate California court appearances when needed
