Senior Analytics and CRO Lead

Talablar
- Demonstrated senior-level experience in Data Analytics and CRO
- Strong command of GA4, server-side GTM, SQL/BigQuery, BI tools, and testing/CRO platforms
- Consultative approach with the ability to identify unmet client needs
- Ability to present and defend technical value propositions to C-level executives, CMOs, and CDOs
- Excellent relationship-building and storytelling skills
- Strong technical and architectural expertise in solving complex data loss, attribution, governance, privacy, and cross-domain integration challenges
- Experience working with or managing partnerships involving technology providers such as Google Cloud/Marketing Platform, VWO, Optimizely, and OneTrust
- Advanced experience measuring mobile applications with Firebase and MMPs such as AppsFlyer and Adjust
- Experience integrating Data Layers into enterprise CMS platforms such as Shopify Plus and Adobe Commerce
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics or advanced cloud infrastructures such as GCP and Azure
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
