Senior Accounting Specialist – Oulu (Hybrid)
Senior Accounting Specialist responsible for accounting, reporting, taxation, and financial process consulting for Greenstep’s large and international clients. Hybrid position based in Oulu, Finland.
Tavsif
- Handle varied financial administration duties for major and international clients
- Prepare monthly accounts
- Prepare financial statements and tax returns
- Produce financial reports
- Advise clients
- Improve and streamline clients’ financial administration processes
- Participate in system implementation and system migration projects
- Contribute to acquisition-related activities
- Perform management accounting tasks
- Shape the role around your background, strengths, interests, and client demand
- Work on assignments for client companies
- Collaborate with the team and team lead
- Develop your expertise and actively contribute new ideas
Talablar
- Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor of Business Administration or a Master of Business Administration
- The KLT qualification is an advantage; if you do not hold it, the employer will support you in pursuing it
- At least five years of accounting experience in an in-house or consulting role
- Experience preparing financial statements independently
- Fluent Finnish
- Good English skills
- Additional language skills are considered an advantage
- Experience with electronic financial administration processes and systems
- Experience with Netvisor, Procountor, NetSuite, or Business Central is considered an advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and taxation
- Ability to make independent decisions in challenging situations
- Ability to advise clients on accounting and financial process development
- Credit information will be checked for selected candidates
