Tavsif

  • Lead the complete monthly close, covering journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, prepaids, and revenue reporting.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing, billable expenses, vendor invoices, and aging schedules.
  • Reconcile intercompany accounts and prepare translated intercompany trial balances.
  • Complete bank and cash account reconciliations.
  • Assist with weekly and monthly cash flow budgeting.
  • Process and monitor outgoing payments, including blockchain-based digital asset transactions.
  • Manage the expense platform and review company expenses, travel costs, and card activity for approval.
  • Keep vendor records current, retain contracts, and collect W-9 forms for audit-ready files.
  • Respond to external audit requests with supporting schedules and documentation.
  • Recommend improvements to close procedures, internal controls, and reporting.
  • Handle accounting projects and analysis as business priorities change.
  • Report to the Controller while partnering with teams across the organization.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably with full-cycle monthly close responsibilities.
  • Solid practical understanding of U.S. GAAP.
  • Experience using QuickBooks or a comparable ERP system.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
  • Experience with expense management software is beneficial.
  • Ability to work with intercompany accounts and multi-entity structures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capability.
  • Comfort working within established review checkpoints rather than with complete autonomy.
  • Strong written communication skills.
