Tavsif

  • Manage SAP Finance production support by reviewing, prioritizing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents, tickets, and service requests.
  • Identify root causes, apply corrective measures, and reduce repeat problems.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain SAP FI, including its connections to other SAP modules and business processes.
  • Work with users and stakeholders to clarify needs, evaluate processes, and recommend system improvements.
  • Guide functional enhancements from requirements and solution design through configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment.
  • Document work, share progress on issue resolution and enhancements, and transfer knowledge to clients and fellow consultants.
  • Advance system improvements with technical teams and SAP consultants to deliver complete solutions.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • At least five years of SAP Finance experience in manufacturing.
  • At least two full-cycle SAP implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
  • Practical expertise configuring and using SAP FI.
  • Experience supporting production systems, handling support tickets, conducting root cause analysis, and resolving functional and technical issues.
  • Experience integrating SAP FI with other functional modules.
  • Ability to troubleshoot cross-functional business processes.
  • Experience delivering functional enhancements from requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis through solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
  • Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP S/4HANA Cloud, including standard Fiori applications.
  • Knowledge of AI tools, machine learning, and big data is a plus.
  • Familiarity with connected tools such as tax automation, vendor invoice management (VIM), and compliance SaaS products.
  • SAP Costing experience.
  • International project or SAP configuration experience in NAFTA, LATAM, and/or EMEA, including relevant tax and financial legislation localization.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting for SOX compliance and public companies.
  • S/4 Public and/or Private Cloud certification preferred.
