Risk Process Analyst
Support Bank of America’s enterprise testing through process analysis, data validation, and risk-control assessments. Execute tests and report findings across banking processes.
Tavsif
- Help develop, run, and improve Enterprise Independent Testing capabilities.
- Evaluate business processes, controls, and risk management practices throughout the bank.
- Build knowledge of end-to-end processes, their risks and controls, and the data that supports them.
- Assist with test design and execution, results analysis, and reporting.
- Contribute across the testing lifecycle, including process analysis, data validation, documentation, issue identification, and communicating results.
- Help develop, refine, run, and maintain testing methods, analytical tools, and scripts.
- Collect, check, analyze, and document data used to design and conduct tests.
- Perform tests in line with established methods, procedures, and quality standards.
- Record and escalate testing exceptions, defects, and process concerns.
- Review test results to identify trends, recurring themes, and potential risk indicators.
- Work with colleagues and business partners to improve, automate, and standardize processes.
- Develop expertise in EIT methods, operational risk management, and banking processes through training, coaching, and practical experience.
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, statistics, process or mechanical engineering, operations research, data science, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of business processes, related risks and controls, data sources, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience or knowledge in risk management, process analysis, testing methods, and data analytics.
- Ability to collect, validate, analyze, and document data.
- Ability to conduct tests using established methods, procedures, and quality standards.
- Ability to clearly and consistently document testing procedures, observations, results, and supporting evidence.
- Ability to identify, document, and escalate testing exceptions, defects, and process concerns.
- Skills in risk management, business process analysis, monitoring, surveillance, testing, risk analytics, and data analysis.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, time management, process improvement, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work first shift in the United States.
- 40 hours per week.
