  • Build and maintain social media content calendars
  • Support campaign planning and establish content priorities

Talablar

  • Applicants must be based in LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe
  • Able to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST in alignment with the client’s time zone
  • 2–4 years of experience managing brand or agency social media accounts
  • Background creating and maintaining social media content calendars
  • Experience writing website copy, blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials
  • Experience handling social content for multiple brands or client accounts
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling ability
  • Able to produce both short- and long-form marketing content
  • Solid knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Experience with social media scheduling and management platforms
  • Able to assess engagement patterns and content performance
  • Understanding of online communities and audience engagement practices
  • Able to create authentic, respectful, and culturally aware LGBTQ messaging
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to collaborate with designers, content creators, and internal marketing teams
