Tavsif

  • Lead software and platform engineers through the Secure Access application lifecycle.
  • Coordinate integration with on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Define technical direction.
  • Set priorities and oversee delivery.
  • Coach engineers across software and platform disciplines.
  • Maintain reliability for existing customers while delivering new features.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least three years of direct engineering management experience
  • At least five years of hands-on platform, infrastructure, or software engineering experience
  • Experience managing virtualized on-premises infrastructure, especially VMware vSphere or ESXi
  • Experience with virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) or remote-access systems
  • Experience deploying and operating workloads on a major cloud platform; Google Cloud Platform is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Linux administration, containers, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to turn a product vision into actionable engineering work
  • Clear, concise communication with nontechnical stakeholders
  • Preferred: Experience with networking technologies such as VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, and DNS
  • Preferred: Experience extending or migrating on-premises workloads to Google Cloud Platform
  • Preferred: Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible
  • Preferred: Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments, including FedRAMP, CMMC, or SOC 2
  • Preferred: Knowledge of identity and access management protocols such as SSO, OIDC, and SAML
