Tavsif

  • Maintain accurate books for multiple entities, including properties and operating companies
  • Classify transactions, invoices, and expenses under the correct accounts
  • Complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end close tasks, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Keep financial records current, orderly, and accessible
  • Reconcile monthly bank and credit card activity, including high-volume accounts
  • Investigate and correct financial discrepancies
  • Keep accounts clean, complete, and balanced across entities
  • Coordinate recurring accounting workflows and deliver tasks on schedule
  • Work with internal stakeholders to collect documentation and resolve questions
  • Build and refine consistent bookkeeping processes and workflows
  • Spot operational inefficiencies and propose improvements to accounting processes
  • Introduce automation and AI tools for recurring accounting work
  • Contribute to finance projects such as financial reporting and analysis as the role develops

Talablar

  • At least two years of recent experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a comparable finance role
  • Solid grasp of fundamental bookkeeping concepts, including debits, credits, and reconciliations
  • Perito Contador certification is an advantage
  • Experience reconciling bank and/or credit card accounts
  • Knowledge of bank and card reconciliations, closing procedures, adjustments, balance sheets, income statements, receivables, payables, expenses, revenue, and general ledgers
  • Accurate handling and classification of financial transactions
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational ability for recurring work across multiple entities
  • Ability to examine financial data and detect inconsistencies
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Intermediate English proficiency at B2 level
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable remote-work setup
