Principal Financial Analyst – Workday Financials & Adaptive | Remote, United States
Lead Workday Financials and Workday Adaptive support for KinderCare Learning Companies, an early childhood education provider. Manage platform administration, reporting, integrations, and finance transformation initiatives.
Tavsif
- Coordinate support and business-as-usual activities across Workday Financials and Workday Adaptive
- Keep daily Adaptive tasks and integrations running smoothly, updating them as needed
- Resolve FP&A questions related to calculations in Workday products
- Gather requirements and implement Workday changes across integrations, tasks, accounts, sheets, and dimensions
- Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
- Partner with FP&A and Corporate Finance to improve processes in Workday products
- Administer Workday Financials, including period openings and closings, security assignments, bank accounts, ledgers, and cost centers
- Maintain Workday Adaptive and Workday Financials documentation and support workflow updates
- Perform security audits and manage product releases for Workday Financials and Workday Adaptive
- Advise senior stakeholders on financial processes and procedures
- Contribute to Finance Transformation projects
- Complete daily and weekly status reports and reviews
Talablar
- Experience participating in Workday implementations
- Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning software
- Solid understanding of finance procedures
- Strong knowledge of control environments and evidential standards
- Willingness to develop deep Workday Financials expertise to support change management and product adoption
- Ability to translate technical concepts for Finance teams and finance concepts for product and technology teams
- Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to identify issues independently and develop creative solutions in complex, interdependent environments
- Ability to communicate ideas and recommendations clearly, persuasively, and concisely in writing and verbally
- Ability to influence diverse audiences
