Physician Recruiter – Michigan (Hybrid)
Recruit physicians for Dane Street’s Michigan healthcare examination network. Manage physician agreements, panel relationships, urgent sourcing requests, and support independent medical examination services.
Tavsif
- Manage physician panel records, including profile instructions, fee updates, group affiliations, activation status, and W-9 remit-to changes.
- Review client fee schedules and turnaround requirements to negotiate physician agreement terms.
- Research potential panel options and conduct targeted outreach.
- Onboard physicians according to client and network requirements.
- Collect physician agreements, applications, CVs, W-9 forms, and NPDB documentation.
- Partner with Network leadership to establish agreement fees.
- Provide dictation and Access DS guidance when needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with physicians across regional panels.
- Recruit and manage physicians in strategic markets for IME services and specialty coverage.
- Verify licensing and certifications for physicians who accept unilateral recording and blocked clinic-day commitments.
- Conduct in-person recruitment and relationship-management visits with current and prospective panel physicians.
- Build lasting physician partnerships through face-to-face meetings and continued field engagement.
- Source and fulfill urgent service requests requiring network recruitment, providing daily sourcing updates.
- Identify examination locations and add qualified resources to Dane Street’s database.
- Achieve or exceed monthly recruitment goals in a production-focused role.
- Complete additional duties and special projects aligned with business needs.
Talablar
- Experience recruiting physicians in healthcare or insurance, or a comparable transferable background.
- Working knowledge of physician networks, medical recruitment, specialties, and terminology.
- Familiarity with state and federal compliance requirements.
- Strong negotiation ability.
