Tavsif

  • Create professional logo and visual identity concepts from brand requirements and creative briefs
  • Develop varied logo directions, converting brand ideas into effective symbols and visual systems
  • Apply branding principles consistently across assets and formats
  • Produce clean layouts, contemporary infographics, and clear visual hierarchies
  • Build reusable templates for social media, marketing collateral, and one-pagers
  • Use advanced typography, grid systems, and deliberate composition techniques
  • Turn raw data and conceptual inputs into polished marketing and communications assets
  • Review visual alignment, color application, and layout consistency before delivery
  • Handle a range of visual design assignments for the Tendem project

Talablar

  • Relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications, ideally with 1–2 years of practice
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related creative discipline is advantageous
  • A strong professional portfolio with logo design, branding, or visual identity examples
  • Include a portfolio link in the CV; applications without a portfolio link or relevant graphic design work will not be considered
  • Capability to develop original logo concepts and turn brand ideas into effective visual solutions
  • Examples of social media graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, and one-pagers are highly valued
  • Excellent command of typography, visual composition, color, and grid systems
  • Ability to work independently and resolve visual design challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to take original logo and identity concepts from exploration through final delivery
  • Strong knowledge of brand identity principles, typography, color, visual language, consistency, and cross-format application
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and express abstract brand ideas through distinctive visual concepts
  • Exceptional layout, typography, grid, and visual composition skills
  • Demonstrated ability to produce modern infographics and social media templates
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, plus Figma
  • Ability to adapt between one-pagers and digital templates under varying media constraints
  • Adaptable, detail-focused approach suited to a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering polished, professional-quality assets
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to manage multiple visual assignments at once
