On-Site Merchandiser and Order Writer - Cameron, Missouri
Full-time, on-site role with Mondelēz International supporting retail stores in Cameron and Chillicothe, Missouri. Responsibilities include ordering, stocking, display execution, and promoting Oreo, Ritz, and other snack products.
Tavsif
- Represent Mondelēz professionally in assigned retail stores.
- Provide excellent service to store teams and shoppers as the company’s in-store representative.
- Complete daily store visits according to DSD Merchandising Excellence standards.
- Photograph displays using DMI.
- Develop working relationships with backroom receivers and store managers.
- Use an iPad and Salesforce to order products and maintain stocked shelves and displays.
- Install promotional displays and verify compliance with store plans.
- Follow schedules and priorities established by the RTM.
- Support seasonal promotions, new product introductions, and major merchandising events.
- Report store-level observations, problems, and opportunities to the RTM and management.
- Lift, bend, move, and stock products from back rooms onto store shelves.
- Work at locations in Cameron and nearby Chillicothe, Missouri.
Talablar
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Bring a positive, professional attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Be able to drive a personally owned, properly insured vehicle to multiple store locations.
- Be able to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced setting.
- Be able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Be able to occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds.
- Previous retail or grocery experience is advantageous.
- Reside within 25 miles of the primary Cameron, Missouri location.
- Be available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, with work beginning by 7 a.m.
