Advise Palo Alto Networks customers in Singapore on network security and zero trust solutions. Support technical sales through architecture, demonstrations, and validation projects.
Tavsif
- Guide customers through network security and zero trust initiatives with technical expertise.
- Design technical solutions that address customers’ key business priorities.
- Promote Palo Alto Networks’ on-premises, cloud, and security services.
- Work with sales teams to recommend and develop customer solutions.
- Present technical guidance to audiences from practitioners to senior leaders.
- Lead and support customer demonstrations.
- Run technical validation projects for prospective customers and partners.
- Design architectures that improve and simplify customers’ security posture.
- Document high-level designs and use cases to guide implementation and value realization.
- Discuss industry trends and developments in the security landscape.
- Explain how products meet customer requirements and differ from alternatives.
- Act as the primary technical contact for Network Security and support RFI and RFP responses.
- Position Palo Alto Networks or partner services to support implementation and value realization.
- Assess competing market offerings and present Palo Alto Networks as an alternative.
- Travel as needed for in-person customer meetings.
Talablar
- Bring at least six years of pre-sales or sales engineering experience in zero trust, networking, network security, SaaS security, or SSE/SASE.
- Have experience with Layer 2–4 networking, including Layer 2 switching, Spanning Tree, VLANs and trunking, IP routing, static routes, OSPF, BGP, route redistribution, and Layer 4 load balancing.
- Demonstrate strong customer communication and problem-solving skills.
- Show experience working with customers, solving problems, and taking a can-do approach.
- Understand NGFW, network security, SASE, SD-WAN, CASB, proxy, DLP, and BYOD solutions.
- Have advanced knowledge of on-premises and cloud-delivered network security technologies.
- Be proficient in English.
- Be a Singapore citizen.
