Lead Product Engineer, Growth at Neko Health (Hybrid, New York)
Lead full-stack growth initiatives for Neko Health’s preventative healthcare platform and consumer products. Own conversion, payments, referrals, localization, and launches across new clinics and markets.
Tavsif
- Develop consumer products across the full stack
- Turn member needs into production features within a four- to six-person engineering pod led by an Engineering Pod Lead
- Own growth surfaces spanning the website, waitlist, booking, payments, referrals, invites, membership tiers, B2B, localization, and new clinic and market launches
- Deliver to production within the first week and take ownership of a meaningful funnel area within the first month
- Build end-to-end website, web app, and backend features that increase conversion across markets and currencies
- Design and run experiments through hypothesis formation, instrumentation, delivery, analysis, and keep-or-kill decisions
- Create reusable growth systems for referrals, invites, membership tiers, payments, and localization
- Keep public-facing surfaces fast, secure, and resistant to fraud and abuse
- Partner with product, design, marketing, and other teams
Talablar
- Experience developing full-stack products used by real customers, including a funnel, payments flow, or growth loop
- Track record of shipping end-to-end features that produced measurable results
- Ability to separate meaningful experiment outcomes from random variation
- Regular use of AI coding tools with demonstrable shipped work produced with them
- Ability to collaborate across product, design, marketing, and other teams while connecting technical decisions to member impact
- Preferred: experience launching a consumer product in a new country or market
- Preferred: experience with marketing or content-led Next.js websites, headless CMS platforms, and performance and SEO at scale
- Preferred: experience with payments, checkout, or localization involving multiple currencies
- Preferred: experience in a regulated or trust-critical field such as healthcare or fintech
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based
- Ability to obtain or retain required work authorization; the application includes a sponsorship question
- Familiarity with React, React Native, TypeScript, Swift, Kotlin, Next.js, Sanity, Vercel, C#, Node, Cosmos DB, Figma, Azure DevOps, and Claude Code
