IT Compliance Assurance Specialist - Kyndryl Hybrid Colombia
Strengthen compliance controls, testing, and audit readiness across Kyndryl’s enterprise technology services. Help remediate issues across IT delivery, CRM, and operational processes.
Tavsif
- Deliver compliance assurance across IT, operational, and regulatory control environments
- Test and monitor controls against internal policies, standards, and external requirements
- Keep IT delivery and operations audit-ready through organized testing, evidence validation, and issue tracking
- Prepare documentation and coordinate responses for internal audits, external audits, certifications, and customer third-party audits
- Perform internal inspections across IT delivery, CRM, and operational processes
- Assess findings, determine root causes, and record lessons learned to support lasting improvements
- Work with process owners and accountable line managers on remediation and future control improvements
- Promote audit-readiness practices through focused training and best-practice sessions
Talablar
- Demonstrated experience in IT compliance, auditing, risk management, or internal controls within a complex enterprise setting
- Working knowledge of IT and operational control frameworks together with regulatory compliance obligations
- Hands-on experience testing controls, analyzing issues, and tracking remediation
- Experience supporting internal and external audits through organized evidence gathering and documentation
- Ability to evaluate control gaps, determine root causes, and produce clear, actionable outcomes
- Ability to collaborate with process owners and delivery teams to strengthen sustainable control execution
- Strong written communication skills for audit evidence, findings, and remediation plans
- Experience supporting external certifications or regulatory assessments is preferred
- Familiarity with IT service delivery, CRM, or enterprise operations environments is preferred
- Experience leading or contributing to peer reviews or internal inspections is preferred
- Exposure to compliance programs spanning multiple countries or regions is preferred
- Background in continuous improvement or control optimization initiatives is preferred
