Improve production efficiency, automation, and lean manufacturing at ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions in Tulsa. Lead root-cause analysis, KPI improvement, and shop-floor projects.
Tavsif
- Improve production workflows to raise efficiency and reduce waste.
- Deliver process improvements and automation upgrades.
- Lower rework, quality-related costs, production expenses, setup and changeover time, and cycle time.
- Support leaders’ continuous improvement and lean manufacturing work across safety, quality, production, sustainability, and environmental KPIs.
- Coordinate and contribute to cross-functional teams.
- Own projects and champion initiatives led by others.
- Drive shop-floor continuous improvement as a change agent.
- Run time studies and point-of-loss yield analyses to identify the largest sources of loss.
- Analyze data and prepare written reports that clarify problems and opportunities.
- Conduct detailed root-cause investigations and verify findings through testing.
- Create and communicate implementation plans with Gantt charts, coordinating rollout as needed.
- Spot problems early and estimate the savings their resolution could deliver.
- Carry out other duties and assignments as required.
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or another engineering discipline, or a high school diploma plus five years of continuous improvement experience in manufacturing.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or another Lean certification.
- Manufacturing experience with metal processing, coating lines, or high-volume products.
- Experience with JDE, Power BI, or Thrive.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prepare formal reports, calculate ROI, implement metrics, and audit procedures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel 0–10%.
