Tavsif

  • Create core brand assets such as logos, visual identities, and color systems
  • Prepare, organize, and deliver multiple versions of key brand elements
  • Maintain consistent branding across pitch decks, social media kits, and other internal and external materials
  • Develop durable, scalable visual systems that follow contemporary design practices
  • Review design quality across channels and ensure the brand works effectively in digital and print formats
  • Own and protect the Tendem project’s brand identity

Talablar

  • At least two years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is preferred
  • A strong portfolio centered on brand identity, logo development, and detailed brand guidelines
  • Thorough knowledge of applying brand systems across digital and print formats
  • Ability to work independently while developing durable visual systems
  • Advanced skills in foundational brand assets, scalable logos, color palettes, and typography systems
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, plus Figma
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt brand identities for digital channels, social media, corporate pitch decks, and print
  • Experience creating brand guidelines, style guides, and organized asset libraries
  • Strategic and highly detail-oriented approach to design
  • Strong commitment to maintaining visual consistency
  • Self-directed working style with the ability to resolve issues independently
  • Include a portfolio of branding work with the CV
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher
