Tavsif

  • Shape visual identities for real-world brands and products within the Tendem project
  • Produce core brand assets, including logos, complete identities, and coordinated color palettes
  • Prepare, organize, and deliver multiple versions of essential brand elements
  • Keep internal and external materials consistent across pitch decks, social media kits, and other assets
  • Create scalable visual systems designed for durable, consistent use
  • Review designs across platforms to ensure the brand translates effectively to digital and print
  • Use expertise in brand strategy, visual identity, and design systems throughout the work
  • Work independently and take on relevant projects according to your own schedule

Talablar

  • At least two years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is preferred
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, communication design, or a related creative discipline is a plus
  • A strong portfolio centered on brand identity, logo design, and detailed brand guidelines
  • Thorough understanding of how branding principles carry across digital and print formats
  • Ability to build foundational assets from the ground up, including scalable logos, distinctive palettes, and typography systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Figma
  • Demonstrated ability to extend brand identity to social media kits, corporate pitch decks, and print collateral
  • Strong organizational ability to create brand guidelines, style guides, and well-structured asset libraries
  • Strategic and highly detail-oriented approach focused on long-term brand equity
  • Consistent commitment to visual quality and responsibility as a brand gatekeeper
  • Self-motivated working style with the ability to solve problems independently and deliver polished assets
  • Include a branding-focused portfolio with your CV
  • English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher is required
