Financial Analyst I, FP&A — Labcorp (North Carolina Remote)
Support Labcorp’s healthcare FP&A organization through financial modeling, reporting, SQL analysis, and forecasting. Produce insights that inform business performance and strategic decisions.

- Build financial models and analyze financial data to support operational and business decisions
- Conduct variance analysis to uncover trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers
- Compare actual results with budgets, forecasts, and operational plans
- Analyze operational, technology, and customer datasets to create reports and actionable insights
- Identify meaningful trends and develop recommendations from quantitative analysis
- Compile, validate, organize, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources
- Write, edit, read, and interpret SQL queries for reporting and analysis
- Use laboratory systems, data marts, and reporting tools to extract and analyze information
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders
- Research and assess complex projects with financial, operational, and technical dimensions
- Evaluate process methodologies and their financial impact on business initiatives

Talablar
- Associate degree in finance
- At least one year of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, revenue cycle management, accounting, finance, healthcare analytics, or data analytics
- Ability to explain complex financial and analytical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
