Digital Marketing Specialist, Affiliate Marketing

Tavsif

  • Develop affiliate marketing strategies and plans aligned with program goals
  • Oversee daily affiliate program and campaign management
  • Coordinate campaign execution with affiliate publishers and internal cross-functional teams
  • Manage the PeRC/UMO process and related campaign activities
  • Collect creative assets for paid placements, distribute them to publishers, and verify implementation
  • Collaborate with creative teams to maintain brand consistency and ensure timely asset delivery
  • Measure and report affiliate campaign performance and spending
  • Refine the affiliate program to support sales and business objectives
  • Own affiliate channel planning and identify opportunities for channel growth
  • Participate in meetings and calls with marketing, merchandising, e-commerce, and planning teams
  • Promote stakeholder understanding and adoption of the digital affiliate marketing program
  • Create and identify promotional approaches
  • Coordinate with e-commerce and merchandising teams to support priority categories and promotions through affiliate marketing

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Three to five years of experience in marketing, communications, or e-commerce
  • Must live in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware

  • Ability to run online affiliate marketing programs and report channel revenue growth
  • Experience managing affiliate publishers and coordinating cross-functional campaigns
  • Experience with the PeRC/UMO process, campaign execution, and paid-placement assets
  • Ability to analyze and report affiliate campaign and spending results
  • Ability to optimize programs against sales and business objectives
  • Ability to plan affiliate channels and identify growth opportunities
  • Ability to collaborate across marketing, merchandising, e-commerce, planning, creative, and other teams
