Tavsif

  • Build and manage social media strategy supporting brand awareness, audience sentiment, thought leadership, and marketing communications
  • Lead content development, publishing, and performance measurement for social media initiatives
  • Create and deliver social campaigns that strengthen brand storytelling and awareness
  • Oversee corporate social accounts and keep the editorial calendar current
  • Develop online communities to increase reach, organic engagement, and earned growth
  • Create and publish content aligned with organizational goals and audience needs
  • Apply content best practices while adapting to evolving platforms, technologies, and trends
  • Analyze platform performance and sentiment, communicate insights, and adjust strategies
  • Partner with department colleagues, executives, and product teams on communications work
  • Contribute to crisis communications, media relations, external partnerships, and thought leadership when needed
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned

Talablar

  • At least 3–4 years of professional communications experience involving content strategy, content development, marketing, writing, and/or editing
  • At least 1–2 years of direct professional social media experience
  • Practical experience with social platforms, content management tools, and social media analytics
  • Excellent writing, editing, and strategic content-planning abilities
  • Strong ability to translate brand strategy and storytelling into content tailored to each channel
  • Ability to contribute to communications projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Professional experience developing, writing, and editing website or blog articles
  • Demonstrated initiative, independent judgment, and ownership of responsibilities
  • Ability to independently develop and execute strategies and tactics
  • Ability to research topics and create or repurpose relevant content
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with or interest in the public sector and government
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; Public Consulting Group does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship
