Tavsif

  • Convert the RGM assortment strategy into channel-specific actions that reflect e-commerce priorities and challenges.
  • Plan assortments for gifts, samples, and other channel initiatives.
  • Validate long-range demand forecasts and product launches.
  • Adjust short-term forecasts through AGCs so cycle volumes reflect the latest performance data.
  • Own each cycle from kickoff materials and planning through supply replenishment tracking.
  • Plan sample assortments and confirm launch volumes.
  • Lead cycle post-mortems and closeout activities, documenting key lessons.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects that accelerate selected categories by connecting the relevant stakeholder teams.

Talablar

  • Completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical capability.
  • Proficiency with data tools such as Google Sheets and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with BigQuery and query writing for insight generation is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in retail and e-commerce.
