Clinical Research Coordinator II
Coordinate participant recruitment, study protocols, research data, and regulatory compliance for clinical trials at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Tavsif
- Manage daily administrative operations for clinical research trials.
- Help the team meet program objectives.
- Recruit, screen, enroll, and obtain consent from participants in primary care and specialty clinics and the community.
- Deliver or coordinate training for program participants.
- Organize research protocols, appointments, procedures, and participant communications.
- Work with departments and institutions on research activities.
- Gather, analyze, and share program data.
- Update stakeholders on program data and progress.
- Identify and raise issues with research protocol implementation.
- Maintain compliance with IRB and other regulatory requirements.
- Support IRB submissions, documentation, reports, protocol evaluation, and research writing.
- Contribute to educational and marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports.
- Build, update, and maintain program databases and files with the Principal Investigator.
- Manage program schedules and monitor deadlines.
- Coordinate outreach and serve as a contact for community organizations.
- Carry out other assigned duties.
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least two years of experience.
- Relevant experience may substitute for education on an equivalent basis.
- Complete CITI training within 90 days of hire.
- Knowledge of biology, chemistry, mathematics, documentation, and records management.
- Skills in data use, complex problem-solving, critical thinking, resource management, and writing.
- Ability to occasionally lift moderately weighted materials and to stand or walk continuously.
- Ability to detect and interpret speech or other communications.
- May occasionally need to distinguish colors and judge relative distances between objects.
