Tavsif

  • Develop and maintain custom company website features with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Create PHP scripts, templates, backend functionality, and plugin or CMS extensions
  • Diagnose and improve PHP performance, database queries, and web forms
  • Administer Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, Deluge, and Creator for billing automation
  • Improve recurring invoicing, payment processing, reminders, and sales-to-finance data synchronization
  • Develop, train, and deploy AI chatbots for customers, clients, and internal users
  • Create and automate OpenAI and other LLM prompts for operations, email drafting, and content processing
  • Analyze and automate business processes, email marketing sequences, and cross-platform workflows
  • Connect marketing, web, and operational systems through Zapier, Zoho Flow, PHP, APIs, and webhooks
  • Document PHP code, AI prompts, integrations, and automated workflows
  • Test, monitor, and troubleshoot automations and web infrastructure for performance, security, and reliability

Talablar

  • Be based in the Philippines
  • Demonstrate strong PHP backend development skills along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Have practical experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, and Deluge scripting
  • Understand automated invoicing, billing rules, and payment gateway integrations
  • Have experience creating AI chatbots and improving AI or LLM prompt automation
  • Be familiar with APIs, webhooks, custom integrations, Zapier, and Make
  • Understand process mapping, conditional logic, and MySQL or comparable database management
  • Take proactive ownership of technical work from initial concept through deployment
  • Translate business needs from non-technical stakeholders into workable technical solutions
  • Bring strong debugging ability and careful attention to data accuracy, web security, and workflow dependability
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
  • Be available during Australian business hours, approximately 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client engagements
  • Represent this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
