Business Analytics Specialist, Messaging Pricing and Profitability — Infobip (Hybrid, Croatia)

Lead analytics and pricing work that improves messaging routing, margins, and profitability at Infobip, a global cloud communications platform. Partner with commercial, product, connectivity, billing, and operations teams on analytics initiatives.

Own and coordinate global messaging analytics and pricing programs, including high-impact business and operational projects
Evaluate pricing, routing, margin, and gross-profit results to uncover improvements and inform commercial decisions
Keep messaging connectivity terms, pricing, and coverage information accurate and effective across regional and global markets
Deliver analysis, pricing guidance, anomaly identification, and customer insights to Sales, Product Success, and go-to-market teams
Help design and launch pricing models, billing rules, differentiated pricing, and commercial frameworks for messaging products and carrier relationships
Manage cross-functional initiatives with Billing, Product, Development, Connectivity, Legal, and Data Intelligence stakeholders
Track industry shifts, operator strategies, and market activity to surface business risks and potential growth areas

Background in business analytics, pricing, commercial operations, telecommunications, CPaaS, or a comparable field
Around three years of experience in the same or a closely related position is preferred
Advanced Excel capability, including work with complex datasets, pricing models, and operational reports
Hands-on experience with Power BI or comparable data visualization and reporting platforms
Experience applying AI tools to increase productivity, automate processes, support analysis, or produce business insights
Ability to handle large datasets, perform margin analysis, and prepare business reports
Track record of working across business functions and coordinating complex projects with varied stakeholders
Strong analytical judgment, with the ability to detect risks, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
Able to manage multiple active initiatives and changing priorities in a fast-moving environment
Clear communicator who can explain analytical conclusions and commercial recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
Fluent written and spoken English
Experience with messaging products, mobile operators, or carrier relationships
Familiarity with pricing strategy, billing platforms, or commercial framework creation
Working knowledge of telecommunications concepts including routing, delivery rates, network identifiers, and capability checks
