Tavsif

  • Operate and monitor Microsoft Azure infrastructure daily.
  • Manage Azure virtual machines, storage accounts, and network resources.
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID users and permissions.
  • Monitor alerts, handle incidents, and troubleshoot issues using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
  • Document completed work and incidents in Jira.
  • Operate and support Azure DevOps CI/CD processes.
  • Oversee Azure Security Center and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
  • Carry out system updates, maintenance, and change management.
  • Analyze performance issues, plan capacity, and optimize systems.
  • Optimize Azure resource and subscription costs, and manage licenses.
  • Operate and regularly check backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell and Azure CLI automations, and manage Azure Automation runbooks.
  • Meet SLAs and provide Level 2–3 support.
  • Keep system documentation up to date.

Talablar

  • At least 3 years of experience operating Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Confident use of the Azure portal and Azure CLI.
  • Experience operating Windows Server and Linux systems.
  • Good networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and load balancers.
  • Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Knowledge of Azure Storage, Virtual Network, and Virtual Machine services.
  • Experience using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
  • Practical experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Experience using Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and incident management skills.
  • A customer-focused, service-oriented approach.
  • Effective collaboration with development, infrastructure, and security teams.
  • Willingness to keep learning and developing professionally.
  • Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Additional useful knowledge: Power Automate, ARM Templates, Bicep, Terraform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, DocuSign, PowerShell scripting, HubSpot, Merk/Leady, Cars&Care, Coface, Postman, and JATO.
