Assistant Clinical Project Manager, Medical Imaging - India Remote

Tavsif

  • Provide day-to-day project administration for Clinical Project Managers across imaging studies and programs
  • Prepare and maintain study documentation, materials, presentations, reports, and project records
  • Join project meetings, sponsor calls, training sessions, and cross-functional discussions
  • Review study protocols to understand project requirements, timelines, and imaging deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams to help meet study milestones and deliverables on schedule
  • Contribute to study startup, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities
  • Support financial administration, including scope-change updates, invoice reconciliation follow-up, and forecasting reports
  • Monitor internal workflows and data flows to help complete operational tasks on time
  • Communicate project status and deliverables professionally with clients, sponsors, sites, and internal stakeholders
  • Confirm imaging protocol requirements and identify and escalate study queries appropriately
  • Prepare, review, and distribute project reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Track follow-ups involving missing data, incomplete documentation, site queries, and project action items
  • Partner with Clinical Project Managers and cross-functional teams to track and resolve issues
  • Help manage, distribute, and track site-facing materials and logistics activities
  • Act as Project Manager when needed to maintain continuity of project operations
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend ways to strengthen operational effectiveness
  • Complete project work in line with Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines, FDA requirements, and company procedures

Talablar

  • An associate degree is required
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • At least one year of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, clinical research, healthcare, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience supporting project teams, clinical operations, study management, or customer-facing work is desirable
  • Familiarity with clinical trial processes, medical imaging studies, or clinical research settings is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time-management abilities
  • Effective English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across global, cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adjust to changing business needs and timelines
  • Proactive, practical, and goal-focused approach to problem solving and project delivery
  • Professional, customer-oriented approach with the ability to build effective relationships with sponsors, sites, and internal stakeholders
