- Create and improve property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
- Apply dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue
- Oversee bookings and guest relationships, including messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolution
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays
- Identify and approach property owners seeking outsourced property management
- Run operations through the ALB platform and respond to inquiries from property owners in your area
