Lead AI strategy and transformation initiatives across State Street’s institutional investment services. Identify opportunities, shape product-aligned roadmaps, and coordinate delivery with business and technology teams.
Tavsif
- Drive AI transformation across State Street’s processes and functions.
- Work with business and technology teams to design and implement changes spanning people, processes, and technology.
- Find AI opportunities across business units, corporate functions, regions, technology teams, external partners, and stakeholder groups.
- Develop strategic work plans and carry out supporting analysis.
- Spot high-value opportunities by assessing client needs and business-unit value drivers.
- Turn strategy into product-aligned roadmaps and target states enabled by AI.
- Build a detailed understanding of business processes, functions, teams, and existing technology.
- Help deploy self-service AI platforms.
- Lead opportunity discovery, data and requirements gathering, user-story baselining, root-cause analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, data modeling, and future-state AI design.
- Assess the feasibility of technology MVPs and advance State Street’s automation, AI, and machine learning strategy.
- Run meetings, interview stakeholders, support workshops, record findings, and prepare presentations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to advance the CDAIO strategy and resolve key questions.
- Prepare strategy presentations, requirements, process-flow diagrams, job aids, and proofs of concept.
- Oversee risks, standard deliverables, version control, model lifecycle, and quality control.
- Work across teams to document and communicate AI strategy execution, requirements, and design.
Talablar
- Experience in strategy, product management, or portfolio support.
- Experience with data platforms and strategy, AI and machine learning, and generative AI.
- Experience taking business process redesign, workflow, AI, or process automation from current state through target state and implementation.
- At least 1–3 years of experience.
- Experience with AI or automation technologies.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships and influence people throughout the organization.
- Strong organization and deadline management skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with large, cross-functional teams.
