Accounts Payable Specialist
Manage accounts payable, reconciliations, and daily financial transactions for Infleqtion. Support accurate, timely disbursement operations within a quantum technology company.

- Process routine financial transactions
- Oversee accounts payable activities
- Reconcile company credit card expenses
- Support additional financial transaction processing
- Report to the Disbursement Manager
Talablar
- At least five years of accounting experience
- Proactive approach to investigating information, taking initiative, and meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system; familiarity with Excel is helpful
- Accounting degree preferred
