Tavsif

  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team
  • Enter accounts payable and accounts receivable data
  • Prepare bank deposits and post payments to customer accounts
  • Investigate discrepancies in customer payments
  • Prepare customer invoices
  • Enter vendor invoices into the accounts payable system
  • Reconcile vendor invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Request and process W-9 forms for new vendors
  • Handle filing, occasional phone calls, and basic bookkeeping
  • Work from the office on a hybrid schedule
  • Work Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; additional hours may be needed to meet time-sensitive deadlines

Talablar

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 3 years of finance or accounting experience required
  • Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, perform under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must pass a pre-employment background screening
  • Valid driver's license and successful motor vehicle record check required
