Opis

  • Support the development and delivery of the company’s marketing design strategy.
  • Create promotional, branding, and other marketing materials.
  • Prepare design briefs based on internal requirements.
  • Use a range of media and graphic design software.
  • Create slides and presentations for client meetings.
  • Help maintain and update websites.
  • Design and implement website features and functionality.
  • Create graphics for blog posts and social media, including Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Plan website architecture in WordPress and other CMS platforms, including page structure, navigation, user flows, information architecture, and responsive layouts.
  • Design, customize, and optimize WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Turn UI/UX designs into functional, user-friendly websites with consistent visuals and brand styling.
  • Work with Webflow, Shopify, and other website builders or CMS platforms as needed.
  • Use WordPress for front-end and back-end development, including theme and plugin creation.
  • Collaborate with the United States team via video calls, instant messaging, email, phone, and company software.

Zahteve

  • 5–6 years of website design experience working with global or international clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • B2B industry experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar visual design tools.
  • Strong website design and technical skills.
  • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Creative with strong design skills and a good sense of color.
  • Knowledge of SEO, meta tags, title tags, Google Analytics, image ads, and webmaster tools.
  • Skills in banner and icon design, font creation, artwork, and drawing.
  • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Word, MS Excel, Pages, and WordPress.
  • Experience with media and internet advertising.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
  • Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
  • Strong understanding of Elementor/editor and blog migration.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred.
