Shape practice-area brands, campaigns and product visuals for LEAP’s legal software business in Australia. Create connected digital, print and motion design for law firms and internal teams.
Opis
- Lead the visual identity of LEAP’s Australian practice-area categories.
- Build logos, colour palettes, shapes, imagery and visual styles for each area while keeping them aligned with the LEAP master brand.
- Turn complex software ideas into clear visuals for landing pages, campaigns, brochures, events and product launches.
- Design graphics and illustrations for banners, event booths and digital channels.
- Work with the Practice Areas Marketing Manager to express positioning and messaging through design.
- Explore AI-powered design tools and emerging technologies.
- Coordinate with the Australian visual designer, marketing, product, web and practice-area teams.
- Report to the Australian Marketing Lead.
Zahteve
- At least five years of graphic design experience, preferably with a B2B, SaaS or technology brand.
- A portfolio showing a clean, modern and effective style across digital, print and motion design.
- Ability to turn complex ideas into compelling visuals.
- Experience creating or developing brand and sub-brand systems.
- Proficiency with Figma, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency with design, video and motion graphics software.
- Interest in emerging design technologies, including AI, and willingness to experiment.
- Experience working from briefs provided by marketing and product stakeholders.
- Experience directing visual design for a product or audience.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Comfort working in a fast-growing environment with ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Agency, startup, high-growth company or legal-sector experience is an added advantage.
- Experience designing for distinct audiences or sub-brands under a master brand is an added advantage.
- Strong digital design or product design experience is an added advantage.
