UX/UI Product Designer and Design Engineer
Design and build OOCA’s digital mental health products across mobile and web, combining user research, interface design, and front-end development. Shape user journeys and AI features, including experiences that connect people with clinicians.
Opis
- Design end-to-end mobile and web experiences, from user needs through polished interfaces.
- Turn designs into working front-end features with React and TypeScript.
- Define user journeys, detailed flows, and information architecture for booking, onboarding, and crisis situations.
- Plan and conduct user interviews, from setting objectives and recruiting participants to synthesizing findings.
- Create AI-powered experiences that account for loading, incorrect responses, and transitions to human clinicians.
- Maintain the repository’s component library and design patterns.
- Partner directly with engineers, stakeholders, and the CEO.
- Establish the team’s design standards and share practices with colleagues.
Zahteve
- Deliver front-end code, preferably using React and TypeScript.
- Be able to clone a repository, run the project, and submit a pull request.
- Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor in daily work.
- Bring strong visual judgment in typography, spacing, hierarchy, and restraint.
- Have responsive design experience and the ability to collaborate with a development team.
- Use Figma at an advanced level, including Auto Layout, components, variables, and interactive prototypes.
- Be able to conduct user interviews that generate useful insights.
- Communicate clearly and manage priorities across your own deliverables.
- Learn quickly, adapt, and change direction when evidence calls for it.
- Work in both Thai and English.
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare, mental health, or another regulated field.
- Preferred: Practical experience with design thinking, Agile, or the Hook Model.
- Preferred: Knowledge of accessibility and mobile experiences for low-bandwidth conditions.
