- Create social media strategy for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Manage and refine the content calendar.
- Build campaigns, recurring series, and formats that can scale.
- Review performance data and identify targeted improvements.
- Test hooks, thumbnails, titles, and formats through A/B experiments.
- Spot emerging trends and turn them into promising content concepts.
- Partner with the Video Editor and guide production strategy.
- Create plans to increase engagement and build communities.
- Set growth goals and monitor progress toward them.
- Make social media a measurable growth channel for trading and finance personal brands.
Zahteve
- A record of success managing social media, preferably in education, trading, or finance.
- A growth-oriented approach focused on KPIs, conversion, retention, and scalability.
- Knowledge of how Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok algorithms work.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Instagram Insights and YouTube Analytics.
- Ability to develop viral concepts with a clear strategic purpose.
