Senior Software Expert II, AI Transformation Engineering
Lead software teams and technology projects at BBVA in Colombia, contributing to AI transformation initiatives. Improve the software lifecycle, advance existing applications, and help deliver innovative technical solutions.
Opis
- Lead and coordinate software development teams and projects
- Manage technology projects and track progress toward objectives and results
- Contribute across all stages of the software lifecycle
- Engage with users and the teams involved in each initiative
- Identify ways to advance and improve existing technologies and applications
- Promote innovative solutions that improve efficiency and technological capabilities
- Help resolve technical and functional issues
- Work across teams to build agreement and support shared objectives
Zahteve
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technology or software development field
- At least five years of experience in software development and/or leading and managing technology teams and projects
- Experience in software development and/or database administration
- Technology project management
- Software development lifecycle management
- Experience managing and engaging with users
- Knowledge of Java
- Knowledge of databases
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services
- Experience working with Agile methods, especially Scrum
- Technical team leadership and coordination
- Development and evolution of technology solutions
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and Agile methods
- A specialization or master’s degree in Project Management, an MBA, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, or Software Engineering is preferred
- Knowledge of COBOL and JCL is preferred
- Experience with DB2 databases is preferred
- Knowledge of Data X is preferred
- Experience with JBoss is preferred
- Knowledge of HTML5 is preferred
- Experience using Control-M is preferred
- Experience with microservices architectures is preferred
- Experience developing microservices with APX and/or ASO is preferred
