Opis

  • Lead finance for multiple Electrical Power Transmission project portfolios in the NAM region.
  • Work with project management, operations, commercial teams, factories, and customer-facing teams to support execution and financial results.
  • Improve portfolio profitability, margins, cash generation, and working capital.
  • Run portfolio financial reviews covering forecasts, budgets, risks, opportunities, and action plans.
  • Consolidate and refine project and portfolio forecasts to clarify revenue, costs, margins, and cash outcomes.
  • Provide financial insight for operational decisions, portfolio priorities, and performance improvements.
  • Partner with factories and execution teams to improve cost control, schedules, and delivery.
  • Work with customer-facing teams to improve billing milestones, collections, claims, and cash conversion.
  • Assess and escalate portfolio risks and opportunities, and ensure timely mitigation.
  • Reinforce financial discipline, process compliance, governance, and consistent practices.
  • Guide and coach Projects Finance Leaders and project finance teams.
  • Improve financial reviews, reporting quality, forecast accuracy, and portfolio performance management.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or a closely related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project finance, operations finance, or business finance leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of project financial management, including profitability, revenue recognition, cost control, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital.
  • Experience supporting large, complex projects or portfolios.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, forecasting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to influence and work across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong communication skills and effectiveness with senior business, operations, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, where applicable.
  • Experience in industrial, infrastructure, energy, or other project-based businesses is preferred.
