Opis
- Set architecture and guide development of core banking integrations and a modern microservices ecosystem.
- Mentor developers, backend engineers, and integration specialists.
- Lead delivery planning for complex integrations, from architecture and work breakdown to estimates, resourcing, and milestone priorities.
- Review code, pull requests, and architecture designs.
- Coordinate with business teams, enterprise architecture, database and infrastructure teams, Information Security, and vendors.
- Advise on escalations, production incident triage, and root-cause investigations.
- Run Agile and Scrum ceremonies to support reliable delivery.
- Build and deploy containerized Java microservices with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and REST or gRPC APIs.
- Design data models and persistence layers, tune queries and indexes, and address connection-pool and row-locking issues.
- Create highly available, fault-tolerant integrations with disaster recovery and minimal business disruption.
- Modernize TIBCO BusinessWorks and IBM MQ systems with Apache Kafka and cloud-native Java microservices.
- Connect banking platforms for fraud detection, payment rails, clearing and settlement, and enterprise ledgers.
- Apply security baselines, audit controls, financial regulations, data-protection rules, certificate management, and operational resilience standards.
- Manage high-volume real-time messaging, throughput, dead-letter queues, and sub-second SLA routing.

- Advanced Core Java skills, including Java 11, 17, or 21, multithreading, concurrency, and JVM tuning.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Security, and Spring Batch.
- Deep understanding of microservices patterns such as Saga, CQRS, circuit breakers, and API Gateway routing.

- Knowledge of SSL/TLS, mTLS, PKI, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and API key or token management.
