- Connect financial strategy with global execution
- Coordinate between Revenue and Finance leaders and Accounts Receivable Operations
- Accelerate month-end close and govern global workflows and projects
- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash transformation using AI automation, predictive risk tools, and standardized processes
- Set project timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams through delivery
- Maintain formal standard operating procedures for Accounts Receivable workflows
- Build human review steps that protect financial controls
- Lead implementation of agentic and non-agentic automation
- Work with technical teams to deploy the Predictive Account Risk Engine
- Use billing and consumption data to prioritize collections outreach
- Apply intelligent document processing and automated exception handling to reduce repetitive work
- Turn receivables aging, Collections Efficiency Index, and Days Sales Outstanding metrics into liquidity forecasts and risk assessments
- Align data in real time between Revenue and Finance leaders and Accounts Receivable Operations
Zahteve
- At least five years of progressive Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, or FP&A experience in SaaS or technology
- Practical proficiency with NetSuite, BillingPlatform, Zuora, and HighRadius
- Experience coordinating teams across regions
- Experience analyzing complex financial data and preparing structured variance reports
- Strong collaboration across Finance, Sales, and Legal
- Experience guiding teams through process changes in SOX-compliant environments
