Zahteve
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience in healthcare services, statistical analysis, insurance industry economics, or a related field; or a master’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience; or a PhD and 2 years of relevant experience; or 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong ability to query a broad range of internal and external data sources
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R
- Ability to build engaging, interactive dashboards with Tableau or Power BI
- Business intelligence skills and experience advancing a business case from its initial concept to customer or partner execution
- Experience leading an analytic initiative to a successful outcome
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to promote initiatives and work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work to senior leaders on short timelines
- Preferred: Familiarity with project management methods
- Preferred: Healthcare experience in areas such as payor, provider, pharmacy, public health, or epidemiology
