Opis

  • Build autonomous agents for property management workflows.
  • Create inbox agents triggered by new ticket events.
  • Develop agent templates that customers can use and train.

  • Design harness engineering for more than 100 agent tools, including system prompts and skills.
  • Improve the custom knowledge base as a shared company resource, including self-learning and search.
  • Build phone voice agents with LiveKit.
  • Choose suitable LLMs for different tasks.
  • Use caching and streaming to reduce latency.
  • Add retries for provider failures and compact context.
  • Optimize RAG search and track usage across providers.
  • Reduce LLM costs and run evaluations.
  • Work with TypeScript, Convex, Next.js, React, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Vercel AI SDK, and Convex Agent Component.

  • Communicate fluently in English.
  • Have more than two years of experience building AI-native agents for production.
