  • Handle administrative work related to collections
  • Recover unpaid account balances
  • Investigate and resolve billing issues
  • Lower overdue accounts receivable
  • Assist customers with collection questions
  • Resolve insurance discrepancies and underpayments
  • Record issues and actions, and follow up with insurers until claims are fully adjudicated
  • Track and maintain assigned accounts

Zahteve

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • College degree preferred
  • Three to five years of high-volume collections experience
  • Accounts receivable knowledge or experience preferred
  • Familiarity with payer portals, automated clearing houses, explanations of benefits (EOBs), and other accounts receivable tools
