Remote Data Administrator – South Africa
Maintain accurate records, databases and reports for a UK employer. Remote role based in South Africa, working UK business hours.
Opis
- Accurately enter and update records in company systems
- Clean and de-duplicate spreadsheets and databases
- Prepare routine reports and checks each week
- Identify data errors and follow up on them
- Document data rules for the team
- Take responsibility for data accuracy from entry through clean-up
- Follow established processes and collaborate with the team
Zahteve
- Demonstrated experience in data entry or data administration, with a strong accuracy record
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including filters and lookup functions
- Familiarity with a CRM or database platform
- Reliable laptop, stable fibre internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Availability to work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
- HubSpot or Salesforce experience is an advantage
- Airtable familiarity is an advantage
- Experience creating basic pivot tables is an advantage
