- Handle shared inboxes and respond to routine queries
- Maintain accurate diaries, bookings and meeting schedules
- Prepare, format and file documents and reports
- Keep spreadsheets and internal systems up to date
- Assist the team with administrative tasks and follow-ups
- Match South African talent with UK businesses and support ongoing hiring
Zahteve
- Previous experience in administration or office support
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Strong written English and careful attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
- Availability to work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
- Experience with Asana, Trello or comparable tools
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Previous experience working with UK businesses
