Remote Accounting Analyst in Argentina
Manage invoices, reconciliations, tax documentation, and monthly close activities for MUTT DATA’s finance operations. Work remotely in Argentina at a data products and machine learning startup.
Opis
- Process purchase invoices and expense records for accounting
- Organize and maintain supporting financial documents
- Prepare monthly accruals and accounting provisions
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Compile monthly expense reports and investigate spending variances
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and missing documentation
- Assist with the monthly accounting close
- Support tax checks and gather records for external accountants
- Keep accounting and financial records accurate and current
- Coordinate and track work in Slack and ClickUp
- Help improve accounting and administrative workflows.
Zahteve
- Bring 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Have practical experience processing purchase invoices and expense records
- Have experience preparing accounting accruals and provisions
- Have experience reconciling bank and credit card accounts
- Understand the monthly close process
- Know tax rules and compliance, including VAT, withholdings, and tax documentation
- Use Excel or Google Sheets proficiently
- Communicate in English
- Startup or technology company experience is a plus
- Experience with ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP Business One, Tango, Bejerman, Xubio, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar is a plus
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, ClickUp, Asana, or Jira is a plus
